Immigration cases can contain identity, family, financial, travel, legal, and government-record information. Access should be limited to authorized users and legitimate case purposes.
Applicants can acknowledge privacy and consent terms and may submit supported access, correction, export, restriction, consent-withdrawal, or deletion requests. Retention and deletion may be limited by legal, contractual, audit, fraud-prevention, or active-case requirements.
